Finnish pension payment to the foreign recipient

I have received an advice of opening a special account as to the payment of the old-age pension to the foreign recipient such as myself.
The account is saving account but it is called as accumulation account.
In other words, Varma Mutual Insurance Company pay my pension monthly to this account and Sampo Bank accumulate the payment in 6 (six) month from January 1 till June 30 and remit the accumulated amount in June to my bank account in Japan. Sampo Bank do the same thing in December as well to cover the payment from July 1 till December 31
