大月カントリークラブの桜の老木と杉の若木の共生している写真

 

大月カントリークラブの16番ホールのフェアウエーの脇で珍しい木を発見した。

 テイーンググラウンドから約１５０ヤード程進んだカート道の横にある桜の老木（推定樹齢は、６０年？）の幹に若い杉の木が育っているのです。

今後の展開（桜の木が杉の若木に養分を吸い取られて朽ち果てるのか？　又は、両方が共生して大きく育って行くのか）に興味あり。

A guy came back from the hospital did so good golf play

 I played golf at Ohtsuki Country Club in Yamanashi Pref. on Dec, 13, 2024 with my good friends.

One guy did operation of his tongue due to cancer and stayed in the hospital till Dec. 10. He joined our golf and he achieved birdy in the first hole (par 5) 

His driver, 2nd and 3rd shots were perfectly straight and ball got on the green within 50 cm from the cup.  We were so happy to see his achievement in this time.

At the end of the game, myself and another friend were completely defeated by this guy (just came back from the hospital)

Anyhow, we all enjoyed very much thanks to the so so nice weather.

Golf at Ohtsuki CC

 I played golf at Ohtsuki Country Club on Nov. 15, 2024 with my golf friends.

Weather forecast was rain until 6 am, then cloudy, and fine (sun shine) from 8 am.

We teed off around 9:30 am though course was covered by heavy fog (visibility was only 5 meters from teeing ground) 

We expected that sun will be appeared soon.

However, we never had sunshine and cloudy all the time till the end of the play.

Only good thing was temperature was around 20 degrees (fairly warm).

Thus, we didn't need to wear winter cloths (I wore long sleeve poro shirt)

Small bird was eating sparrow

While I was walking near my home, I happened to see a small bird caught sparrow and eating it. I have never seen such a scene just in front of me before, I was so surprised. I tried to take picture of the scene by my mobile phone camera at around 3 meters distance. However, the bird was so small, it was very difficult to see the real shape of the bird. Then, I approached to the bird as close as possible (I believe that the distance from me to the bird was less than 2 meters)
But the bird didn't go away and continue eating sparrow.

スマホでフィンランドに国際電話を掛ける必要が生じたのでダイアルを001-010-358-相手先の電話番号とダイアルしたらＫＤＤＩのオペレーターが応答してきて私の個人情報をしつこく聞いてきたのです。　そこで何のためらいもなくそれらを相手に知らせたのだけど、それらの情報を提供しなければＫＤＤＩの国際電話は、使えないと言う事だった。　そのあとで我がスマホのキャリアーであるＮＴＴドコモ軽油での国際電話のやり方を調べたらキーボードの＋１を押して相手先の国番号と電話番号をダイアルすれば、簡単に接続できる事が分かったのでＫＤＤＩ経由の国際電話は、使わずドコモで通話完了。

2019年2月5日（火）　山梨県大月市にある花咲ＣＣでプレーした。　この日は、所謂スルーデーと言う事でハーフを終えてレストランでの昼食は、無し　9ホールを終えたところでいなり寿司2個とトン汁がサービスで提供されそれを食べてすぐに後半の9ホールへとスタートした。　全体的に早く終了できると期待したのが大きな誤算、我々の前の組2組が超スロープレーで結局4時間以上もかかってしまい　スルーデーの恩恵は、全くなかった。更に　この日は、風呂も閉鎖。　尤も寒い程の気温だったので風呂に入る必要も無かったけど。　この日のプレー（グリーン）フィーは、6,000円だった。まあスループレーで軽い昼食付き電動カート代を含んでの金額だから妥当な料金だと思う。
